The Applicant certifies that the above information is true to the best of the Applicant’s knowledge and releases the information to Be’Nue Products for the use of Be’Nue which may include verifying the information provided by the Applicant. The Applicant acknowledges the right of Be’Nue Products to refuse credit to the Applicant regardless of the information the Applicant has provided. The Applicant hereby agrees and authorizes this credit application serves as a legal and binding instrument. In the event of default in payment, Be’Nue reserves the right to recover any and all attorney fees, interest and other applicable charges incurred in the case of suit for delinquent balances.
